Spread the love

Do you realize how much power you have in your thoughts?

Our thoughts can take something small to make it really negative or really positive.

That’s the power of our thinking and what leads to our results. Our results, the actions in our lives are driven by what we are feeling.

We can have a good thought and believe the result will be good.

Or we can have a negative thought and the result not be good enough.

Our thoughts and feelings fuel these results.

I Am The Driver

I had an awesome experience today where I felt like I was in the driver seat of my brain. It was so very empowering.

I was cleaning up toys after playing with my daughter and a sneaky little thought started to creep in.

Right as the thought was about to complete, I stood up and said to my brain, “No! I don’t have to believe that!”

It was then that I felt an applaud in my thoughts and encouragement from the spirit.

I didn’t allow the thought to come back in and I kept going forward with the next part of my day.

I wanted to fuel my day with progress and create my life on purpose.

That being, playing with my daughter, going on a date with my son, doing a podcast, speaking kindly.

All of these were done intentionally and with a version of myself I want to be every day.

Believe In Yourself

Believing a thought that could have shut me down and not had me move forward to what I wanted to do today and to do it with joy would have had me ending my day with different results.

I could feel the spirit in that moment touch my heart. I felt so much peace that I am able to crush that negativity because I didn’t want to believe something that could cause me feeling defeated or unworthy.

That is the power of intentional thinking. We can believe what we want. Good thoughts or bad.

I want to believe that I am good. I want to believe I am worthy.

I definitely want others to believe that for themselves.

I know that the spirit was my sidekick today.

I felt the spirit pat me on the back and impress upon me that little steps like that will have me produce the results I want in my life.

Creating the Life I Want

I will sometimes choose to believe the negative thoughts, but I really believe it’s what we will do with them and how we can become better because of them.

We are the drivers of our brains.

Drive your brain where you want it to go. The road isn’t always easy but keep getting back in and moving forward.

You can and will be who you want to become by those small and simple thoughts.

Have compassion for your thoughts. They are doing their best to protect you.

I also know the spirit wants to protect you.

Create the thoughts that will bring the results you want. The spirit and light of Jesus Christ will be your guide.

Believe in YOU!

You are a child of our Heavenly Father. He loves you and wants you to become the best version of yourself.
